Who is Starter for vs Pro?+

Starter is for groomers who want one place for clients, pets, appointments, the Today dashboard, and manual payment tracking. Pro adds online intake and requests, a public business page, automated reminders, repeat follow-up, payment request links, map and day-flow tools, and Client Control (cancellation policy, deposit tracking, and auto-flagging of repeat no-shows). You collect deposits through your own payment link — GroomerPro does not charge cards for clients.

What is Client Control?+

It's the Pro feature that protects your day from no-shows and late cancels. Publish a cancellation policy on your intake form (deposit amount, cancellation window, late-cancel fee, no-show fee, reschedule rules), collect deposits through your own payment link (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or a Stripe link), and automatically force a deposit on repeat offenders' next booking.
