Is GroomerPro a full salon management system?
GroomerPro is built to stay lightweight and focused for solo mobile groomers. Instead of trying to do everything, it helps you control bookings, enforce policies, and keep your day organized.
Is GroomerPro only for mobile groomers?
GroomerPro is designed with solo mobile pet groomers in mind, especially those who want a simpler system and stronger control over booking boundaries. Small salons with a similar solo workflow can use it too.
Do I need complicated setup to get started?
No. The goal is to help you put clear rules around bookings without adding a heavy admin burden. You can sign up and be using the Today view in a few minutes.
Policies, deposits, and client control
Can clients see my cancellation policy before requesting a booking?
Yes. GroomerPro is designed to support policy-backed requests — clients review your rules and agree to a frozen snapshot of them before they can submit a booking request.
Can I use GroomerPro without changing how I collect payments?
Yes. GroomerPro works alongside your existing payment method and helps you manage the booking and policy workflow around it. Your deposit link can be Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or a Stripe checkout link — GroomerPro does not take a cut because GroomerPro does not touch the money.
Can GroomerPro help with repeat problem clients?
Yes. Every no-show or late-cancel can be recorded as a strike on that client. If they try to book again, GroomerPro can automatically require a deposit even when your default policy does not. You can also block a client in one click.
What happens when a client cancels on time?
You choose: refund the deposit, keep it as credit toward a future booking, or keep it outright. Whatever you pick is shown to clients upfront, so there is no surprise.
Pricing and billing
How much does GroomerPro cost?
Starter and Pro plans are available — see the pricing page for the current rates. Starter covers daily organization; Pro adds the full control stack (policy-backed intake, deposit tracking, repeat-offender flags, reminders, public business page, map and day-flow tools).
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts immediately. You only enter payment info if you choose a paid plan at the end of your 7-day trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract and no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time.
Data and privacy
Is my data backed up? Can I export it?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in a managed Postgres database with daily backups. You can export your clients, pets, and appointments at any time.
Do my clients see any GroomerPro branding?
Your public booking page and booking form are yours. GroomerPro's service disclaimer is shown to clients alongside your deposit instructions so there is no confusion about who they are paying.
