Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GroomerPro (“Service”), a web application operated for solo and small mobile pet grooming businesses. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at gyuguoyu@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

GroomerPro provides tools to help you manage your grooming business (for example: scheduling, clients, pets, reminders, and related features). Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when we can, or immediately if needed for security, legal compliance, or abuse.

4. Your content & responsibilities

You retain ownership of information you enter into the Service (such as client names, pet details, and appointment notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide this data and that your use complies with applicable privacy and animal-care laws. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to transmit malware.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, trials, and billing are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the options you select at checkout or in the billing portal. Taxes may apply where required. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend access until payment is resolved.

6. Booking intake & no payment processing

GroomerPro is a booking-intake and business-management tool. GroomerPro does not process, collect, hold, transmit, refund, or dispute payments between you and your clients. Any deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, balances, tips, or refunds are arranged and exchanged directly between you and your client, outside of GroomerPro, using whatever payment method you choose.

Any cancellation policy you configure in GroomerPro is shown to your clients and a frozen copy is attached to each booking request as evidence of their agreement. GroomerPro does not enforce your policy, charge or refund your clients, or mediate any dispute arising out of it. Enforcement, collection, and follow-up are your responsibility. The provider-client relationship and any transaction between you and your client is directly between the two of you, and GroomerPro is not a party to it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroomerPro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid fees, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where required law mandates a different process.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
