Feature
Track who's paid — without a POS
Simple paid / unpaid tracking sitting directly on your appointments. Keep using Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, cash, or a Stripe checkout link — GroomerPro never processes a payment, never takes a fee, and never gets in the way.
Paid / unpaid status on every appointment
One tap to mark an appointment paid. Optional note for the payment method. Visible on the client profile, the appointment, and the Today view.
Payment request link
For Pro plans, send a short payment request email with your link embedded. The client pays you directly — GroomerPro is just the messenger.
Daily unpaid visibility
Outstanding payments are surfaced on the dashboard so you're not hunting through a spreadsheet to figure out who still owes you.
Zero processor fees
GroomerPro never touches the money. That means no 2.9% cut, no flat per-transaction fee, and no payout schedule to worry about.
Why no-processor payment tracking
Most grooming software wants to sit between you and your client and charge a processing fee for the privilege. For a solo mobile groomer with a small number of high-trust clients, that fee is real money — and the friction of setting up a new merchant account is usually not worth it. Keep your Venmo. Just track it cleanly.
Common questions
Does GroomerPro process credit card payments?
No, and this is intentional. You keep using your own payment method — Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, cash, or a Stripe checkout link you set up yourself. GroomerPro tracks the status but never touches the money.
How do I mark a client as paid?
After the appointment, mark the payment as received and optionally note the method. The status shows up on the client profile, on the appointment, and on the daily dashboard.
Can GroomerPro send a payment request link?
Yes. For clients on Pro, you can send a short payment-request email that includes your payment link so the client can pay without a back-and-forth text thread.
Can I see who owes me money at a glance?
Yes. The dashboard surfaces unpaid appointments and past-due requests so you do not have to remember who you need to chase.
